I've always loved getting into the kitchen and inventing.
As soon as I discovered the world of cake design, I decided it was what I wanted to pursue. I took several workshops and courses: from Wilton courses, PME and the Professional Cake Design Course at "Istofaz-se", I also took several Chocolate workshops that I ended up falling in love with.
The workshops I've been devoting myself to recently have been on Chocolate. I've also been researching the best fillings that our chocolate can have. I've taken the opportunity to visit the great national references on this subject, such as Fábrica do Chocolate (by Beatriz, in Odemira) or Feitoria do Cacau (by Susana Tavares and Tomoko Suga, in Aveiro).

ABC D'Chocolate is an exclusively handmade company, without the support of much technology, which is why the deliveries of our products are made exclusively for each customer's request.

How ABC D' Chocolate came about
ABC D'Chocolate began in March 2017 and the brand was registered in November of the same year.
From that date onwards, it was a journey of learning and studying chocolate, which conquered me day after day.
Chocolate is a "naughty boy" who throws tantrums when he doesn't want to work, and with my patience, dedication and perseverance I've been able to conquer a little of this mischief every day.
It wasn't easy, but the LOVE for chocolate was and still is.
This dedication is what makes me a consumer and admirer of a highly challenging product every day I work with it.
The name ABC D'Chocolate came about because chocolate has several phases until the product is ready to consume.
